X-Vision Ruhr / Die Falken Bochum

X-Vision Ruhr ist ein soziales Live-Musik-Projekt aus Bochum-Wattenscheid. Im Jahr 2023 hat das Projekt mit seiner Single "Angst" und einer Live-Performance der Single den 3. Platz des Jugendkulturpreises NRW 2023 nach Bochum geholt.

Seit 2008 veranstaltet es erfolgreich Rap- und Hip-Hop-Workshops, um sozial und finanziell benachteiligten jungen Talenten eine musikalische Plattform zu bieten. Die jungen Künstler:innen haben im Laufe der Jahre bundesweit viele Auftritte bei renommierten Veranstaltungen und im Fernsehen gehabt, darunter Ruhr International, Bochumer Musiksommer, Schauspielhaus Bochum und The Voice Kids.

Bei Ruhr International 2024 werden sie eine mitreißende Performance präsentieren, die die künstlerische Entwicklung der Teilnehmer:innen aus verschiedenen Nationen widerspiegelt. Ihr Beitrag präsentiert die multikulturelle Vielfalt der lokalen jungen Musikkultur und unterstreicht ihr Engagement für die Förderung des kreativen Ausdrucks und des Gemeinschaftsgeistes. Durch ihre langjährige Teilnahme an Ruhr International und dem Vorgängerfestival Kemnade International haben sie einen tiefen Bezug zu dieser einzigartigen Plattform für kulturellen Austausch im Ruhrgebiet.

X-Vision Ruhr is a social live music project from Bochum-Wattenscheid. In 2023, the project brought the 3rd place of the NRW Youth Culture Award to Bochum with its single "Angst" and a live performance of the single.

Since 2008, X-Vision Ruhr has been successfully organizing rap and hip-hop workshops to provide a musical platform for socially and financially disadvantaged young talents. Over the years, the young artists have had numerous performances nationwide at renowned events and on television, including Ruhr International, Bochum Music Summer, Schauspielhaus Bochum, and The Voice Kids.

At Ruhr International 2024, they will present an exhilarating performance that reflects the artistic development of participants from different nations. Their contribution showcases the multicultural diversity of the local young music culture and emphasizes their commitment to promoting creative expression and community spirit. Through their long-standing participation in Ruhr International and its predecessor festival Kemnade International, they have a deep connection to this unique platform for cultural exchange in the Ruhr area.
